Certified Elder Law Attorneys — Serving Long Island Since 1991
Ellen Makofsky and Judith Raskin started the firm in 1991 when elder law was first beginning to be recognized as a distinct area of practice. The law firm has served Nassau County and surrounding areas since then and is a leader in the field today.
Over five years ago Anne Dello Iacono became our first associate. Anne has grown with the firm and we value her expertise and work product. In February, 2012, Monica Ruela joined our firm as our second associate. Monica worked in our office for 7 years before she attended law school while continuing to work part time. Monica was able to hit the ground running as she was already familiar with our office procedures and had assisted the attorneys with elder law matters.
